GlobalGAP

GlobalGAP

GLOBALGAP is a Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) recognized standard that assures that a farm follows good agricultural practices. It sets voluntary standards for the certification of agricultural products around the globe, in order to obtain safe and sustainable agriculture worldwide.

A farm that has acquired GLOBALGAP certification  has improved access to valuable new markets, both locally and internationally, to large and small producers alike, because it helps satisfy the basic food safety and sustainability specifications of retailers and major buyers worldwide.
